POSTAGE

Once a purchase has been confirmed by us we will package and send out your purchase by standard royal mail or similar delivery service.

Sometimes we will ask for a signature.

Postage will be charged at £4.70 per purchase.

This is 1st class Royal Mail UK Signed up to 1kg. 

For international postage or bulk purchases we reserve the right to charge more and will advise you accordingly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately given the unique, pre-loved and upcycled nature of our goods we are unable to offer a returns policy. Please feel free to contact us to ask any questions about sizes, quality or other queries you may have.

We will do our best to put your mind at ease.

If you feel genuinely unhappy with your purchase when you receive it, please give us a call and whilst we don't promise to make a full refund we will listen and try to find a solution that works for everyone.
