CLOTHING EXCHANGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

We act as an agent selling items on your behalf.

​

How it works

We will accept up to 8 quality items at a time.

Call us to arrange drop off or collection of your items.

A stock list will be prepared and ready to collect within one week of drop off.

You will receive 40% of the final selling price of each item sold.

Payments will be made by telegraphic transfer into your nominated bank account at the end of the 6 weeks for items sold.

Collect any unsold items after 6 weeks or accept that they will go to charity or be  recycled.

Quality Control

Items that you wish to sell must be clean, fresh and in excellent condition, (allowances can be made for vintage items).

Preference is given to high-end retail fashion.

Maximum of 8 items at any one time.

Items found to be soiled, faulty, in a bad condition or too worn, will go to recycling.

Items deemed unsuitable will be stored for collection. Please collect unsuitable items within one week or they will go to charity / recycled.

Selling

  • Four weeks at full price

  • Two weeks at a reduced price set by us

  • After 6 weeks – sent to charity or recycled

  • We may put items online to maximise selling opportunities

 

Collecting items

Clients may collect items at or prior to the end of the 6 weeks using their stock list.

Bring your stock list into store and ask a member of staff to highlight your sales.

Collect up your remaining items and a member of staff will adjust your stock list.

We will exercise reasonable care whilst your items are with us. However, we do not accept responsibility for loss due to theft or damage.
